Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Client Experience Coordinator with a magnetic personality, sharp sales instincts, and a passion for education. This is a unique opportunity for a top-tier sales professional to make a significant impact in a growing company while serving as the face of Studyville.

As the first person families encounter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience—building trust, communicating value, and driving enrollment through strategic, consultative sales using Ritz-Carlton White Glove Service principles. 

This in-person W-2 hourly position reports directly to the Studyville Location Manager and offers the incredibly rewarding opportunity to interact daily with teenagers, parents, and children, making a direct impact on student success and family satisfaction.

This role offers a clear pathway to promotion, with training opportunities leading to Assistant Manager and eventually Location Manager positions, accompanied by increased pay or salary potential.

Schedule Requirements

  • School Year Hours: Monday-Thursday 3pm-9pm, Sunday 12pm-7pm (25 hours/week)

  • Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours/week)

  • Position requires consistent attendance and punctuality

Compensation:

$16-$18/hour + Performance-Based Bonus Structure

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence (40%)

  • Greet every client with enthusiasm and warmth

  • Create "Memorable Moments" for clients through personalized touches

  • Maintain detailed client interaction notes and preferences in CRM system

  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and inquiries

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

Sales & Revenue Generation (35%)

  • Lead sales conversations with prospective families from inquiry to enrollment

  • Assess client goals and match them with tailored programs and services

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets 

  • Generate referrals through exceptional service and strategic conversations

  • Maintain timely, professional follow-up via calls, emails, and texts

Administrative Excellence & Operations (25%)

  • Assist Location Manager with daily opening and closing procedures

  • Manage scheduling systems efficiently using CRM platforms

  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records

  • Coordinate with tutors and support location operations

  • Generate handwritten thank you notes and follow-up communications 

  • Track and report on all KPIs and sales metrics to Location Manager

  • Update and track leads in CRM systems to ensure optimal conversion rates

  • Support daily operational flow and contribute to high-performance environment

  • Assist with administrative tasks including digital filing, data entry and scheduling

  • Participate in promotional events, marketing initiatives, and training session

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or education preferred)

  • 1+ years sales or enrollment experience preferred

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred

  • Genuine enjoyment of working with children and families

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in education, retail, or service industries

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)

  • Experience with CRM platforms and general office technology

  • Comfortable with POS systems and payment processing

  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
