Position Overview
Studyville is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. As we expand our services nationwide, you'll play a critical role in building our talent pipeline through creative recruitment strategies and fearless networking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong recruiting capabilities, and the flexibility to travel extensively to build relationships and represent our brand in the field.

 

Work Environment

  • This is a full-time M-F position; evening and weekend availability required as needed by the business
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time (travel in and out of state required)
  • Overnight travel required for conferences, events, and on-site recruiting activities

What We Offer

  • Base salary: $60,000 annually
  • Performance bonuses: Up to $10,000 annually based on hiring metrics

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including networking events, industry conferences, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Travel, as needed, up to 65% of the time
  • Plan and execute recruitment trips to maximize hiring efficiency and meet business needs
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and professional associations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
  • Provide weekly updates on position status and recruitment efforts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics and targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the education field
  • 2+ years of sales, or marketing experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with strangers quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA, before start date
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and relationship building
  • Comfortable with frequent travel
  • Professional presence suitable for representing the company at external events
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
  • Professional recruiting certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
